OUR PROJECT
Vogliamo portarvi a conoscere iDintorni del nostro territorio, luoghi già frequentati a cui spesso, per fretta o abitudine, non dedichiamo l'attenzione che meritano. Lo faremo attraverso gruppi di cammino o tramite percorsi in bicicletta perché siamo convinte che il movimento all'aperto favorisca un salutare apporto di endorfine e contribuisca a creare un profondo benessere psicofisico e a combattere lo stress. Cammineremo e pedaleremo insieme per fare un'esperienza immersiva in natura e rincasare più sereni e consapevoli.
Perché uscire con iDintorni?
Il primo dei nostri obiettivi è andare, uscire in natura per camminare o pedalare in compagnia.
Il movimento in tutte le sue accezioni, approcciato con un allenamento mirato e progressivo, è senza dubbio un'abitudine sana, il rimedio che non presenta controindicazioni di sorta, consigliabile a qualsiasi età e in ogni condizione di salute.
Le uscite ne iDintorni esploreranno angoli affascinanti del nostro territorio e avranno come meta località di interesse storico e artistico coniugando in questo modo l'allenamento fisico all'esperienza culturale e alla relazione interpersonale.

While we walk or cycle, we fill our eyes with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us, we get excited about the color of a flower, a red sunset and noisy streams, we cross paths or streets trying to make those who come with us appreciate and improve the athletic gesture he is making and the surrounding landscape.
The effort we will make together will be repaid by the scents, colors and atmosphere we will be able to create between us.

participated in a course organized by Uisp Parma in collaboration with the USL of PARMA, obtaining a certificate of
ATHLETICS SPORTS OPERATOR - WALKING METHOD issued by the National Uisp
OBJECTIVE of IDintorni:
create walking groups, managing to involve people with different lifestyles and ages.
Together we will carve out a small part of the day to dedicate to ourselves, walking regularly, trying to appreciate the benefits of walking, and reducing our sedentary lifestyle.
WALKING: this is the most easily accessible basic activity, because it is simple (everyone, or almost everyone, can walk), inexpensive in terms of equipment, and potentially practicable anywhere.
WALKING: in a group it is effective not only for improving physical health, but also mental health, in fact it produces - benefits on mood - improves sociability - reduces isolation - increases self-esteem with the perception of oneself in an improved state of psycho-physical well-being and with better performance capabilities.
