For a long time, I have been running and walking for fun and passion.

In my sporting journey I surrounded myself with many friends with the same passions, various projects were born and slowly realized. The largest project is the creation of an amateur sports association "asd Spirito Tarsogno" which organizes trail running competitions in the Emilian-Ligurian Apennines.
With the Running School, another project born within the ASD, I have brought people closer to walking as well as running, with the aim of improving the personal psycho-physical conditions of the course participants.

I am a UISP member with the Territorial Authority of Parma, and through this Federation I have taken courses to become a promoter and "walking leader" of walking groups.
And it is precisely thanks to this qualification that II propose as organizer ofWALKING GROUPS, aimed at anyone who wants and has the time to go for walks in company. The main aim of the activity is to try to accompany people who lead a rather sedentary life, discovering "iDintorni" together

During the lunch break, we will meet, in order to make an hour of walking pleasant to spend together, open to anyone who wants to share the project.
